Station Wagon
is a depiction of my mother and other family members as we depart Winnipeg
for our return trip home to Port Arthur (now Thunder Bay). It was sometime
in the late 1950s or early 1960s.
During this camping vacation we spent most of the time at Grand Beach.
My dad's suit jacket in the dry cleaning bag pressed up against the window
was for a special occasion since forgotten.
Father never took his dry cleaning on subsequent camping vacations.
Thank you Rob at Magic 99.9 for enjoying this! It does bring back great
memories!
Station Wagon
is part of the Arrivals and Departures series of drawings.
